Lightening Your Load

Food for Thought...

[So many of you are doing so much everyday to take care of the day. Your a full time student, a full time family member, a full time employee, and the time left for you is minimal and is mostly used for rest. I challenge you to take back sometime for you, some good quality time to use toward your passions, health, and sanity.
Sit down and write down your schedule for the week,collect your thoughts, if there is some fat that can be cut out of your day then snip away, you will not believe the changes that can occur just by lightening your load.]
